About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2026 and I’m excited to build something special as we grow. Right now, our team includes one team member plus myself, and I’m looking to add motivated people who want to be part of an agency that’s building momentum from day one. Before opening my office, I worked for a State Farm agent for four years, and prior to that I built my career in logistics sales — so I’m no stranger to working hard, setting goals, and earning results.
I attended the University of Minnesota, and outside of the office you’ll usually find me golfing, playing pickleball, or catching a game — I’m a big sports fan and I love staying active. That same energy carries into our office culture too. We keep things fun, upbeat, and positive, with open and honest communication and a true team mindset.

I’m looking for someone outgoing, driven, and full of integrity — someone who brings a great attitude, wants to grow, and enjoys working in an energetic environment. Sales experience is a plus, but the right personality and work ethic matter most. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
